Accessibility
MiAstrea AI is designed to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Section 508 where applicable. This page documents our conformance claim, known limitations, and how to report an issue.
Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all public pages. Interactive components follow the WAI-ARIA Authoring Practices for modals, tabs, and menus. All functionality is keyboard operable; focus is always visible. Color usage is monochrome with a single brand accent, which keeps text contrast comfortably above 4.5:1.
What we commit to
- Semantic HTML with landmarks (header, main, footer) per page.
- Unique
langper locale route (`en`, `hi`, `ar`, etc.). - Right-to-left support for Arabic.
- Keyboard operability, including Escape-to-close on modal dialogs.
- Visible focus rings on every interactive element.
- Form controls with explicit labels and ARIA-described errors.
- Live regions for dynamic results (kundali, vastu scan, horoscope).
Known limitations
- Some long-form content is not yet machine-translated into all 10 locales.
- Panchang readings are currently marked "Preview" until we wire a full ephemeris.
- Blog engine is in scaffolding — blog posts will launch in a later release.
