Terms of Service

The service

MiAstrea AI computes astrological charts, numerology readings, vastu analyses, and daily horoscopes. Outputs are computed with classical methods (Swiss Ephemeris with Lahiri ayanamsha for Vedic charts, BPHS for navamsha, Pythagorean / Chaldean for numerology) and, where indicated, interpreted by AI. All outputs are for entertainment and reflection purposes — not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

Accounts

• You must be 13 or older.
• You are responsible for your credentials.
• One account per person. No automated mass account creation.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, automated bulk requests, or resale of computed outputs without a license.
• No attempting to bypass rate limits or paywalls.
• No using the service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• API access for agents is welcome — see /.well-known/agents.json and respect rate limits.

Paid plans

Plans, prices, and what each unlocks are listed at /pricing. Billing is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Refunds within 14 days for first-time subscribers, no questions asked.

Intellectual property

The software, design, ephemeris bindings, and interpretation prompts are property of JSVV SOLS LLC. Your saved profile data is yours. Computed outputs are yours to use personally and to share, with attribution to MiAstrea AI appreciated but not required.

Disclaimer

MiAstrea AI is provided "as is". We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of interpretation, or fitness for any purpose. Astrology, numerology, and vastu are traditional systems, not scientifically validated predictors.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSVV SOLS LLC's aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. Material changes will be announced via email to registered users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
